Goulash Soup

2 lbs stewing beef cut into cubes
2 medium onions
4 tbsp oil
3 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
Salt to taste
2 medium potatoes, cubed
2 green peppers, chopped
1 small tomato
  1. Fry onions in oil till golden brown
  2. Add meat and brown a bit
  3. Add paprika, salt and pepper
  4. Add about 1/2″ water and simmer for about an hour, adding water when necessary
  5. Add veggies and enough water to cover
  6. Simmer until beef is tender and potatoes done
