Sweet and Nutty Broccoli Salad

Dressing:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup raisins

Salad:
2 bunches broccoli (tips only), cut in florets
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds or pine nuts
1/4 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

  1. To make dressing, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and honey
  2. Add raisins and let stand for at least 30 minutes (better refrigerated overnight)
  3. Before serving, combine salad ingredients, toss with dressing so that it lightly coats broccoli
