Dressing:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup raisins

Salad:
2 bunches broccoli (tips only), cut in florets
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds or pine nuts
1/4 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- To make dressing, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and honey
- Add raisins and let stand for at least 30 minutes (better refrigerated overnight)
- Before serving, combine salad ingredients, toss with dressing so that it lightly coats broccoli
