Olive Garden Salad

6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
2 medium Roma tomatoes, sliced into rounds
1/4 cup sliced purple onion
1 cup whole pepperoncini
1 cup whole black olives
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Mix all vegetables and olives in large salad bowl
  2. In small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and spices together
  3. Pour dressing over salad, toss, and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately
