6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
2 medium Roma tomatoes, sliced into rounds
1/4 cup sliced purple onion
1 cup whole pepperoncini
1 cup whole black olives
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Mix all vegetables and olives in large salad bowl
- In small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and spices together
- Pour dressing over salad, toss, and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately
