1/3 cup oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 (or more) anchovy filets, drained
1 egg
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Croutons

- Wash and tear romaine into bite-sized pieces
- Blenderize remaining ingredients, except parmesan and croutons
- Toss lettuce and dressing
- Sprinkle on parmesan and croutons, toss again
