1 lbs ground beef
1 large or 2 small onions
2 cloves garlic
2 28oz cans plum tomatoes
1 680ml can tomato sauce
1 5.5oz can tomato paste
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
5-6 sun dried tomatoes (reconstituted and chopped)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
Ground pepper to taste
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/4 – 1/2 cup red wine (if available)

- Brown beef with onion and garlic cloves
- Add plum tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste
- Add green pepper, mushrooms, and sun dried tomatoes
- Season with Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and cinnamon
- Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer
- Add red wine (if available)
