1 1/2 cups milk

2 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups grated cheddar (1)
2 1/2 cup uncooked macaroni
3/4 cup grated mozzarella (2)

- Boil 1 1/2 cups milk gently
- Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup milk and add to hot milk
- Stir until thickened
- Add grated cheddar (1) a little at a time until melted and smooth
- Keep stirring over low heat
- Cook macaroni according to directions on package
- Pour cheese sauce into casserole dish, add macaroni, then combine other cheeses (2)
- Sprinkle over casserole and cover with foil
- Cook at 350 for 30 minutes
- Remove foil and broil for 3 minutes
