2 – 10 oz packages of frozen spinach
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup burgundy
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Cook spinach slightly
- Drain fat in shallow dish
- Add mushroom soup diluted with Burgundy
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
- Sprinkle cheddar on top and return to oven until cheese has melted
