Spinach Casserole

2 – 10 oz packages of frozen spinach
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup burgundy
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Cook spinach slightly
  2. Drain fat in shallow dish
  3. Add mushroom soup diluted with Burgundy
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
  5. Sprinkle cheddar on top and return to oven until cheese has melted
