Salmon Casserole

1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp butter
1 can (7 3/4 oz) salmon boned and flaked with liquid
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup cheese, shredded
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs

  1. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender
  2. Combine other ingredients except crumbs
  3. Add onions and celery
  4. Put in 1 qt casserole dish
  5. Put crumbs on top
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
