3 to 4 slices bacon
1/2 cup minced onion
1 cup diced celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
2 cups rice
1 tsp salt
- Cook rice
- Cook bacon until crisp
- Break into crumbs
- Cook onion, celery, and green pepper in bacon fat until celery is tender. Drain
- Mix all the ingredients in a casserole dish
- Bake at 300 for 1 hours.
