- In shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, orange rind, salt and pepper
- Dip each chicken breast in orange juice, then coat with crumb mixture
- Melt 2-3 tbsp butter in large skillet; brown chicken pieces on each side
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in a baking dish
- Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; add the 1/4 cup butter and honey, stirring until the butter melts
- Pour over chicken and bake at 350, basting occasionally, for about 25 minutes
