Ground Beef-Potatoe Casserole

1 lb ground beef
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of celery soup (undiluted)

  1. Brown beef in skillet
  2. Arrange layers of potatoes, onions and meat in casserole
  3. Season to taste
  4. Repeat layers
  5. Pour soup over top cover
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
