1 lb ground beef
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- Brown beef in skillet
- Arrange layers of potatoes, onions and meat in casserole
- Season to taste
- Repeat layers
- Pour soup over top cover
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
