2 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (14-ounce) bag coleslaw salad mix
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 medium green onion, finely chopped

1 medium green onion, finely chopped
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and saute 1 minute then add ground beef. Fully cook meat until all pink is gone, approximately 15 minutes. Drain fat.
- Thoroughly stir in coleslaw mix, sriracha sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes while stirring until coleslaw is wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion sprinkled on top.
