Corned Beef Hash

1 medium diced onion or onion flakes
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 lb diced potatoes
1 large can corned beef cubed

    1. Saute onion in butter until transparent then add 2 cups hot water
    2. Bring to boil and add potatoes
    3. Stir, return to boil
    4. Stir in corned beef and return to boil
    5. Place in casserole dish
    6. Bake in 350 oven until moisture is absorbed and hash is browned
    7. Stir once during baking
