1 medium diced onion or onion flakes
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 lb diced potatoes
1 large can corned beef cubed

- Saute onion in butter until transparent then add 2 cups hot water
- Bring to boil and add potatoes
- Stir, return to boil
- Stir in corned beef and return to boil
- Place in casserole dish
- Bake in 350 oven until moisture is absorbed and hash is browned
- Stir once during baking
