Corn Crisped Chicken

1 cup cornflake crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 2 1/2 – 3lb cut-up chicken
1/2 cup evaporated milk

    1. Mix cornflake crumbs, salt and pepper
    2. Dip chicken in milk and roll in cornflake mixture
    3. Place in shallow baking pan lined with foil
    4. Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour
