Chicken Casserole

2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped nuts (toasted slivered almonds)
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 chicken bouillon cubes (dissolved in 1/2 cup water)

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly
  2. Place in a casserole dish
  3. Cover with crushed potato chips and almonds
  4. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
  5. Serves 8
