1 bunch broccoli
2 cups cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 can mushrooms
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cook broccoli until just tender
- Cut in 3 inch pieces and place in bottom of shallow casserole dish
- Place cut up chicken on top
- Mix soup, water and lemon juice until well blended
- Pour over broccoli and chicken
- Add mushrooms and top all with cheddar
- Bake 30 minutes uncovered
