Fruit Flan

20 minutes
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
  1. In mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, water, flour, and baking powder in the order given
  2. Mix to consistency of pancake batter
  3. Pour batter into a well greased  floured 11″ baking dish
  4. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until golden
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes
  6. Carefully remove from pan and chill
  7. Arrange fresh fruits on flan
  8. Glaze with a purchased glaze or melted fruit jelly
  9. Serve with whipped cream
