7 qts popped corn
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven 250
- Boil sugar, margarine, syrup, and salt together for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat, add baking soda and vanilla
- Mix well and pour over popped corn
- Toss until well coated
- Place in large roasting pan and bake for 1 hour
- Stir every 5 minutes
