2 large garlic bulbs
1 tsp olive oil
8 oz package cream cheese spread
3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 tsp chopped oregano
4 oz sundried tomatoes in oil drained and chopped

- Cut off top quarter of garlic heads to expose cloves and arrange in center of large piece of foil
- Drizzle each head with 1/2 teaspoon oil and completely enclose in foil
- Roast garlic in middle of oven for 15 minutes or until tender
- Carefully open foil package and cool garlic
- Gently squeeze out bulb from each clove into a large bowl and mash with fork
- Add cream cheese and feta and stir
- Add oregano and tomatoes
- Chill covered at least 2 hours or up to 1 day
- Serve at room temperature with crackers
