6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp lime juice
- In a small bowl, mix together all seasonings, except the last measurement of garlic powder and lime juice
- Option 1
- Place chicken in 9×13 pan, pour melted butter over, pour lime juice and last measurement of garlic powder
- Cook in 350 oven for 45 minutes to an hour
- Option 2
- Dredge chicken breasts in seasoning mix on both sides
- Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat and saute chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle with remaining garlic powder and lime juice and cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently to coat evenly with the sauce
