Crack Slaw

2 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (14-ounce) bag coleslaw salad mix
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 medium green onion, finely chopped
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and saute 1 minute then add ground beef. Fully cook meat until all pink is gone, approximately 15 minutes. Drain fat.
  2. Thoroughly stir in coleslaw mix, sriracha sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes while stirring until coleslaw is wilted.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion sprinkled on top.
