Wings

1 large package chicken wings
4 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon garlic powder

Sauce

100 ml Diana Sauce Gourmet Original BBQ Sauce
100 ml Blue Dragon Sweet Chili Sauce
50 g brown sugar
  1. Dry wings using paper towel
  2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder in a bowl
  3. Sprinkle seasoning over wings and toss evenly
  4. Place wings on elevated rack sitting on a pan
  5. Bake for 20 minutes then turn and bake another 20-25 minutes more
  6. While wings cooking: mix sauce ingredients in pot and simmer medium low heat until sugar dissolved
  7. Once sugar dissolves remove pot from heat
  8. Pour sauce over wings in bowl and serve
