Beer Bread

1 hour

3 cups self raising flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 bottle beer (room temp)

  1. Mix flour and sugar
  2. Pour the beer in slowly to prevent frothing
  3. Stir mixture till the flour is moistened
  4. Plop the dough into buttered loaf pan and bake it in a 350 oven for 1 hour
  5. Remove from pan and cool on a rack
