2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp water
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar

- In mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil, water, flour, and baking powder in the order given
- Mix to consistency of pancake batter
- Pour batter into a well greased floured 11″ baking dish
- Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until golden
- Let cool for 5 minutes
- Carefully remove from pan and chill
- Arrange fresh fruits on flan
- Glaze with a purchased glaze or melted fruit jelly
- Serve with whipped cream
