19 oz can red kidney beans
19 oz can chickpeas
19 oz can broad beans (green beans alternatively)
1/3 sweet red pepper, diced
1/3 sweet green pepper, diced
1/4 medium red onion, sliced
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne
Juice of 2 large lemons
1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 sweet green pepper, diced
1/4 medium red onion, sliced
1/2 cup chopped parsley

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Juice of 2 large lemons
1/3 cup olive oil
- Drain beans, rinse with cold water
- Combine beans, peppers, onion, parsley, garlic, and spice
- Blend lemon juice and oil and pour over bean mixture
- Let sit 1/2 hour
