Savoyard Potatoes

2 lbs potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup Newman’s Own ranch dressing
Shredded parmesan cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp seasoning salt
1-2 tbsp Italian seasoning dried herb blend
  1. Coat shallow baking pan with non stick spray
  2. Toss potatoes in bowl with dressing
  3. Arrange 1/3 of the potatoes in a single overlapping layer
  4. Sprinkle lightly with garlic followed by 1 tsp seasoning, salt, and 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
  5. Top generously with parmesan and lightly with cheddar
  6. Repeat layers twice
  7. Bake in 375 oven until potatoes are tender and topping is very crisp (about 1 hour)
