Swiss Steak

Round steak (cut in serving sizes)
1 package onion soup
10 oz can mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
14 oz can tomatoes
1 tbsp HP steak sauce
1 tbsp minute tapioca
1 tsp parsley flakes
  1. Lay meat in casserole dish, sprinkle with soup mix, spread with mushrooms, and sprinkle with green peppers
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat
  3. Bake at 350 for 2 hours
