Round steak (cut in serving sizes)
1 package onion soup
10 oz can mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
14 oz can tomatoes
1 tbsp HP steak sauce
1 tbsp minute tapioca
1 tsp parsley flakes

- Lay meat in casserole dish, sprinkle with soup mix, spread with mushrooms, and sprinkle with green peppers
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat
- Bake at 350 for 2 hours
