Bread crumbs, wheat germ, cornflakes, cornmeal, or quick cooking oatmeal

- Remove skin from chicken
- Blend seasoning with yogurt
- Dip chicken in yogurt mixture, then roll in bread crumbs (or your alternative)
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 for 40 minutes
