Low Fat Crunchy Chicken

40 minutes
2 lb chicken pieces
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp sage or savory
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
Bread crumbs, wheat germ, cornflakes, cornmeal, or quick cooking oatmeal
  1. Remove skin from chicken
  2. Blend seasoning with yogurt
  3. Dip chicken in yogurt mixture, then roll in bread crumbs (or your alternative)
  4. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 for 40 minutes
