Spinach Salad

1 package fresh spinach
1-2 red onions, sliced into rings
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

Dressing
10 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Parmesan cheese

  1. Wash and dry spinach thoroughly
  2. Put into large bowl
  3. Add mushrooms and onion into jar (with lid)
  4. Put oil and add vinegar slowly
  5. Add salt and pepper and garlic to taste
  6. Shake well
  7. Pour over spinach immediately before serving
  8. Add cheese and mix well
